Reno guest artist…
I am excited to introduce our first local guest artist, Matthew Haigh.
Matthew is a tattoo apprentice who loves to paint. His work is full of texture and thought, intrigue and humor.
I see the world in shapes. One large image composed of numerous smaller, individual, shapes. Like a puzzle already put together. I don’t like to paint with a formula. I think every piece is unique and should be tackled accordingly. So I find my style ranges from traditional to modern and abstract.
My ultimate goal with art is to communicate and express the feelings we all sometimes feel, and help promote well being and self realization through the emotions expressed on canvas.-Matthew
